Makes a dozen balls.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of my Probiotic Vanilla Protein Powder
*1 cup thick, plain greek yogurt (I like Nancy’s because it contains BILLIONS of potent probiotics, but other greek yogurt will also work)
3 Tbsp smooth nut butter (or Sunbutter for a nut free option)

Optional but recommended:
1 tsp sea salt

Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined and scoop out into balls.
*The consistency of each brand of nut butter and yogurt will vary depending on brand used (i.e. some nut butters / yogurts will be more runny than others). If batter is too “watery”, add more Nuzest. If batter is too dry, add more yogurt.
