These oil free, air “fried” potato wedges I made in my stories yesterday are a must post for today. Oh, and they’re ready in 12 minutes cuz I used my Air Fryer I got from QVC (best thing ever btw – you can even bake in it!). And the green sauce contains protein and gut healing benefits! Need I say more?
Ingredients:
New White Potatoes
Dry garlic seasoning (I used a mix of garlic, onion, oregano, thyme, & sea salt)
Directions:
1. Wash potatoes and cut into thick wedges.
2. Coat potatoes and toss in a large bowl.
3. Place seasoned potatoes in your air fryer and set it at the “french fry” setting. Wait 12 minutes and BAM!
Green Sauce:
Greek yogurt mixed with Vital Proteins Collagen Beauty Greens
Red Sauce:
Greek yogurt mixed with tomato paste, mustard, and a touch of raw honey to taste.
