BUTTER CHOCOLATE may be the healthiest chocolate in the world!

These are packed with fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K2 plus calcium, magnesium and even butyrate which is a short-chain fatty acid that can promote digestive health by reducing intestinal inflammation and supporting the uptake of fluids and electrolytes that help you stay regular. Research even suggests that butyrate could be beneficial in treating Crohn’s disease. – But despite all its benefits, the taste is phenomenal since I used pure unsweetened red cocoa which has a richness like no other and there’s no need to even add sugar!
– 100% sugar free
– low carb

Vitamins in grass-fed butter:
Vitamin A: Important for vision, immune function, and cell growth.
Vitamin D: Essential for bone health and calcium absorption.
Vitamin E: An antioxidant that protects cells from damage.
Vitamin K2: Plays a role in blood clotting and bone health.
What is Butyrate?
Butter is rich in butyrate, a type of short-chain fatty acid that has been associated with several benefits.
Butyrate is also produced by the beneficial bacteria in your gut and is used as a source of energy for the cells in your intestines.
It can promote digestive health by reducing intestinal inflammation and supporting the uptake of fluids and electrolytes to promote regularity and electrolyte balance.
Additionally, it may aid in treating irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), a condition characterized by symptoms like stomach pain, bloating, constipation, and diarrhea.
Due to its anti-inflammatory properties, some research suggests that butyrate could be beneficial in treating Crohn’s disease.

Collagen Can Help Prevent Bone Loss!
Research suggests collagen supplements may help inhibit the bone breakdown that leads to osteoporosis.
Another study found similar results in 66 postmenopausal women who took 5 grams of collagen daily for 12 months. Participants who took the collagen had an increase of up to 7% in their bone mineral density (BMD), a measure of the density of minerals in bones.
Collagen Can Help Gut Health and Leaky Gut!

Collagen supplements can treat leaky gut syndrome, also called intestinal permeability.

Method:
Heat a non-toxic non-stick pan (I used my Our Place Titanium Always Pan Pro which is a non coating non-stick pan – use code: DIGEST at checkout to save) on medium heat over your stove and place a stick of butter in it. Allow it to melt while you stir it continuously with a wooden spoon to ensure it doesn’t burn but instead, “caramelizes”. Once the butter has melted and it’s bubbling, add the cocoa powder and stir it in gradually. Once mixed in, gradually add in your collagen and continue stirring. Once everything is smoothly incorporated, allow the mixture to cool then carefully pour into molds of choice (I used THESE). Place in the freezer for 30 minutes or until solid and enjoy!
