Anti-Inflammatory Fig Brownies


NO-BAKE (vegan + paleo) BROWNIES!

Ingredients:
– 1 cup of fresh figs, halved (dates will also work)
– 1/2 cup of hemp seeds
– 1 cup of raw cashews (almonds or walnuts will also work)
– 1 cup of unsweetened chocolate chips

Method:
Blend above ingredients in a food processor and press down in a lined pan. Sprinkle with sea salt and refrigerate a few hours until firm. DONE! Optional to add additional melted chocolate on top or enjoy as is! *you can also roll them into balls.
