Baked Pasta Chips with high protein guacamole!
Yes please!
It’s been over 6 years since I made pasta chips go viral, but that was before reels came out and all I had were pics and stories to showcase how it was done….now that I am seeing my trend come back I thought why not make an easy video on how to bake (or air fry) them. I like to pair them with a dip that’s also high in protein if you are going to enjoy this as a meal….so that’s exactly what I did and you can’t even taste it!

For the Protein Avocado Dip:
– Homemade guacamole
– 1 scoop of Equip Foods unflavored collagen (20% off code: LILSIPPER)
20% off
code: LILSIPPER
Ingredients:
– 1 package of pasta of choice (can be GF if needed) – I used this brand from Italy
– Seasonings of choice (I used onion and garlic seasoning)
For the Protein Avocado Dip:
– Homemade guacamole
– 1 scoop of Equip Foods unflavored collagen (20% off code: LILSIPPER)
Method:
Preheat your oven to 400 F.
Boil your pasta in water until al dente. Remove the past from the water (do not rinse) and place in a bowl. Drizzle the pasta with quality EVOO and season to taste. Give the pasta a good toss so everything is well seasoned, then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes (time will vary depending on your oven and altitude). Remove from the oven and allow them to cool completely (they will crisp up more during the cooling process).
Serve with the dip below.
To make the dip:
Mix guacamole with Equip Foods unflavored collagen (you can’t even taste it and it doesnt’ change the texture and adds loads of protein to your dip!)
