Bone broth isn’t just for soups and sipping! Ever experienced it in a chilled ceviche? Gut health on fleek yo! The flavors are poppin’, and the protein content just went up a notch in this one!

If you really want to know the gut healing benefits of bone broth, read THIS POST – I talk all about it and how it can help heal and seal your gut for IBS, Crohns, IBD, and so many other health issues!

It’s great to make ahead of time or the night before serving so all the flavors can really marinate and mingle (but not necessary).

I know, it may look like a lot of ingredients, but all you have to do is throw it all in a bowl and you’re done! Easy peasy!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 quarts water
2 cups Bare Bones (discount code: lilsipper10) I used classic beef but any version will do.
2 Tbsp pink Himalayan salt
1/4 – 1/2 cup Fire Cider (discount code: lilsipper)
Juice of 2 limes
1/2 cup juice from freshly blended tomatoes
3-4 radishes, thinly sliced (optional)
3/4 cup chopped mango
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 serrano chiles, seeded and finely chopped
3/4 cup diced tomato
1 large avocado, chopped
Fresh cilantro to taste
Desired amount of grilled / cooked shrimp

Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and serve with chips, lettuce wraps, or just eat with a spoon!.
