Bone Broth (the ultimate healing food for your gut!) and I bet you’ve eaten this 100s of times and perhaps never even knew it!

Bones and marrow, skin and feet, tendons and ligaments that you can’t eat directly can be boiled and then simmered over a period of days. This simmering causes the bones and ligaments to release healing compounds like collagen, proline, glycine and glutamine that have the ability to transform your health in sooo many ways!

Bone broth has been known to:
✅Treat Leaky Gut syndrome
✅Overcome food intolerances/allergies
✅Improve joint health
✅Reduce cellulite
✅Boost immune system
✅Boost detoxification
✅Maintain healthy skin

⚠️GUT LINING⚠️
Studies show that bone broth is beneficial for restoring strength of the gut lining and fighting food sensitivities (i.e. wheat or dairy), helping with the growth of probiotics (good bacteria) in the gut, and supporting healthy inflammation levels in the digestive tract.

Studies have also found that in individuals with digestive imbalances, serum concentrations of collagen are decreased. Because the amino acids in collagen build the tissue that lines the colon and entire GI tract, supplementing with collagen can improve digestion!

I always get mine from Bare Bones (discount: lilsipper10). I’ve actually met with the owners on several occasions and not only love the people behind the product, but of course the product itself. All is pasture raised / grass-fed, paleo, and very low in sodium (I dare you to check the sodium content of other brands!). Plus, their bone broth is made in small batches and ships direct, so I know it hasn’t bee sitting in the freezer of grocery store shelves forever!
