Brownie Egg White Brittle (40g of protein)

Brownie Egg White Brittle

(40g of protein)

The best part is that you can customize it how YOU want!

This is too soft to be called a brittle but too fir to be called a proper brownie, so call it what you may, this giant chocolate treat is packing in 40g of protein, and ZERO sugar (if you follow what I did, however there are substitutions where you can make it sweeter).

Why I used Red Cacao

A few reasons:

  • It tastes 100x BETTER than all other cacao powders
  • Non-Alkalized – Never alkalized, so the cacao complexity and natural deep red color from red cocoa beans remain intact.

  • Unsweetened – 100% pure unsweetened red cocoa powder, free from sugar, alkali, soy, or additives.

  • Bold & Versatile – Ideal for ceremonial drinks, wellness rituals, and baking where cocoa powder red adds richness and authenticity. It also works well in quick and easy cocoa powder recipes.

  • Independently Tested – Every lot is verified by ISO-17025 accredited labs to ensure compliance with international food-safety standards.

What Makes Rainforest Red Different

  • Naturally vibrant red cocoa hue

  • Distinctively bold and grounding flavor

  • No alkalization, no additives, no sugar

  • Quality confirmed by independent testing

Recipe

Serves 1

Ingredients:
– 1/2 cup egg white powder (not egg white protein powder)
– 1/2 cup water
– 2 Tbsp of red cocoa powder (20% off: LILSIPPER)
*option to add a granulated sweetener of choice (most Americans will want to do this option because it will not be sweet without it) but I personally didn’t.

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Add egg white powder and water to a large mixing bowl and whip with a stand mixer or handled mixer until fluffy and stiff peaks form. Then add your red cocoa powder (20% off: LILSIPPER) and sweetener (if using) and gently continue mixing until well incorporated.
3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease / butter the paper and transfer the egg white mixture onto the paper. Carefully form a rectangle and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and enjoy!
