This no-meat Buffalo Burger has got all the feelz going in my body! The flavors are poppin’ and my tongue wants more of that heat! You feel me? I love my chicken, but I love my chickpeas just as much!

Ingredients:
1 can organic chickpeas
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Hot sauce or dry seasoning of choice (I used dry – less salt/no preservatives)
Avocado
Tomato
Greek yogurt or vegan alt.
Spices of choice for the “ranch”
Bun of choice
Directions:
1. Blend 1/2 can of chickpeas with lemon juice.
2. Fold in remaining/whole chickpeas for texture along with seasonings.
3. Form into a patty and assemble burger w/”ranch” sauce (below)
4. Mix yogurt w/ spices to taste.
