Butternut Squash Pasta (vegan and paleo friendly)

WAIT!⚠️ Vegans, don’t look away! I made this 100% paleo pasta the
other night, but it can easily be made vegan too! That’s what I love
about food, you can adjust everything to your own preference and get
creative in the kitchen! I of course used Bare Bones for
myself?? (added protein, flavor, and helps heal the GUT!) but vegans
can sub for veggie broth. Another things I adore about this recipe?
is that everything can all be prepped ahead of time, then throw it all
together when ready to enjoy!??

 

 

 

 

Vegans see (*)
Ingredients:
1 med. butternut squash
1 jar preferred pasta sauce (or make your own!)
1/2 cup Bare Bones (discount code: “lilsipper10”) *veggie broth
2 – 3 cups shredded chicken (pre-cooked) *jackfruit
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
Organic Girl’s SuperGreens to garnish

✏️Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
✏️Peel squash with potato peeler and spiralize only the “neck” of the
butternut squash.
✏️Lay out squash noodles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
and bake for 10-15 minutes.
✏️While noodles are baking, heat pasta sauce, Bare Bones, chicken
and mushrooms to a in a sauce pan until mushrooms have softened and
chicken is hot.
✏️Top noodles with sauce and garnish with Organic Girl ?(a side
salad with their organic dressings would be ideal!)
