I’ve been into carob powder lately. Mainly because well, it’s delicious! Haha but it’s also caffeine free (for those that want a chocolate fix but can’t do the caffeine) and it’s actually sweeter than cacao powder. So try it in your oats (I used Right Foods) and why not mix it up and instead of nut butter, add some vegan, gluten free cookie dough (because sometimes we all want egg free cookie dough, right?!)
Mix Right Foods thick cut oats with Carob Powder to taste, add a splash of cashew milk (or my homemade coconut milk) and top with little balls of Eat Pastry’s cookie dough. BAM!
