Carrot Cake Overnight Oats!

Because cake…..

Carrot Cake to be exact. It may look like a lot, but all you have to do is throw it all in a jar and let sit overnight! (Remember, soaked oats are better than cooked for digestion)

Ingredients (serves 1-2 people depending on your hunger!)
1 cup of oatmeal
1/3 cup freshly grated carrots
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1-2 Tbsp raisins
1 scoop of my x Nuzest Probiotic Vanilla Protein Powder
1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
Purified water
3 Tbsp pecan pieces
1 generous Tbsp of labneh (or greek yogurt)

Method:
1. Add everything in a mason jar except cream cheese and pecans and pour enough water into jar to cover oats. Soak in refrigerator overnight.
2. In the morning, top with labneh and pecans, and pour in a little coconut milk if desired and you’ve got Carrot Cake in oatmeal form!
