Cauliflower Chips (Crisps!)

Do yourself a favor and get your chip on. I couldn’t stop eating these and already ready for seconds!

Puree cauliflower while hot
Add almond flour and gelatin
Blend again
Thin out cauliflower circles and add onion salt
Allow to cool


Ingredients:
1/2 head of cauliflower (about 2 cups pureed down)
1/2 cup blanched almond flour
2 Tbsp Further Food gelatin (15% off: lilsipper)
Onion / garlic salt to taste

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Steam cauliflower until tender then puree until smooth (do not add any liquid)
3. Add almond flour and Further Food gelatin then blend again.
4. Line baking sheets with parchment paper and dollop circles of cauliflower puree onto lined baking sheets. Thin out circles with the back of a spoon, sprinkle onion salt over circles and bake for 20 – 25 minutes. Allow to cool before removing (gently).
