3 cups raw cauliflower rice
1 cup water
1 Tbsp of Further Food’s gelatin
1️. In a large pot, bring cauliflower rice and water to a boil then reduce heat.2. While stirring, evenly sprinkle Vital Proteins into pot (stirring while sprinkling ensures no clumps form).️Continue stirring while it simmers for 1 minute.
3️. With a slotted spoon, scoop out cauli rice and place in a bowl to allow to cool to room temp (just a few minutes).
️4. Once the rice is cool enough to touch, form into a bun shape, place on a plate, and refrigerate 1-3 hours until cauli rice is no longer “loose”.
️Assemble burger as desired. *Note: do not add hot components as heat will make rice “un-stick”.
