Cherry and Jicama Smoothie (it’s vegan!)

This one goes out to all my vegans (and non-vegans cuz this combo is bomb!). All I’ve been craving are smoothies in this heat and no shame in the smoothie game…am I right? And if you’ve never added jicima to your smoothie then you better start! Not only does jicima have amazing health benefits and is a pre-biotic, but it doesn’t “water down” your smoothie like ice does (aka: it’s makes your smoothie thick and creamy!)

Ingredients:
1 cup frozen jicama
1 cup frozen cauliflower (pre-steamed)
1/2 cup frozen cherries
Splash of almond milk
Nuzest Protein

 

 

 

 

 

Directions:
1. Blend everything together (I used my Vitamix) then mix in Right Foods Chia Berry Oat blend. Bomb!
