Chili with Cauliflower Cheese

So this Chili (cauliflower) Cheese Bowl has got (GUT) game! You feel me? It’s got the gut healing power of Bare Bones Broth and alllll the favs!!! And yes, I used my paleo, dairy free cauliflower cheese! It may look like a load of ingredients, but all you really have to do is throw it all into a pot!

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients:
20 oz ground turkey
1 white onion, chopped
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp chili powder
2 cups diced tomatoes
1/2 cup Fire Cider (discount: lilsipper)
16 oz tomato sauce
2 cups Bare Bones (discount: lilsipper10)
2 (16 oz) organic canned kidney beans (I like Trader Joe’s)

Directions:
1. Cook turkey and chopped onions in a deep pot with a little oil. Add spices and continue to cook on until turkey is 100% done.

2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for about 20 minutes to allow chili to thicken and flavors to combine.
*I added some greek yogurt and grated my Cauliflower Cheese (yes, it grates AND melts!). So good…and good for you!
