1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen cauliflower (pre-steamed)
7 oz greek yogurt
2 scoops Nuzest Chocolate Protein
Splash of water
Toppings:
Organic Sunbutter
Raw cacao nibs
Sliced banana
Raw walnut pieces
