If you watch my Instagram stories on the regular, you’ll know these have been a current favorite snack of mine and I foresee this recipe going on repeat! These NO SUGAR espresso chocolate almonds that require NO BAKING take just 10 minutes and self restraint for that 5 minutes you’ll be waiting while they set in they fridge!
1 cup unsweetened chocolate (15% off: lilsipper)
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (15% off: lilsipper)
2-3 Tbsp organic instant coffee
2 scoops of Further Food’s Chocolate Collagen (15% off: lilsipper)
2 cups raw almonds (or cashews)
Melt chocolate. In a separate bowl, mix cocoa powder, instant coffee, and Further Food’s Chocolate Collagen and set aside. Toss Almonds in melted chocolate, then toss in powder mixture to coat. Lay out almonds on a lined baking sheet and refrigerate 5 minutes until chocolate hardens. DONE!
