Chocolate Hummus. Yup. It’s a thing. It’s a shame I won’t, ehem, I mean can’t share with
you, so DO IT!
1 cup chickpeas
3 Tbsp water or non-dairy milk
1-2 Tbsp raw honey to taste (or maple syrup for vegans)
1/4 cup unsweetened cacao powder
1 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 tsp Himalayan pink salt
1. Blend all that crap in a food processor (I used my Blendtec). Done.
