These CINNAMON SUGAR DOUGHNUTS contain just 5 ingredients and are…..
– Vegan
– Paleo
– Oil Free
– Sugar free
– Grain free
– Gluten free….but how? So simple, and sooo good! Get your friends and make ’em this weekend!

For the DOUGHNUTS:
2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup maple syrup
4 eggs / flax eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
Fill greased doughnut pan with mixture, filling each cavity 1/2 way.
Bake for 10-15 minutes. Do not overcook them as they’ll dry out! Makes 8-10

For the COATING:
Date sugar to taste (if you don’t have date sugar, you can use coconut sugar)
Dash of cinnamon
Coconut oil spray
Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Spray each (cooled) doughnut lightly with coconut oil and immediately dust with coating. Repeat for each doughnut.
