Ever had CRICKETS in your smoothie? I’ve been (secretly) adding Exo Protein Bars to my smoothies the past few weeks to test and make sure my own body agreed with them…and I’m soooo happy they do cuz they’re ridiculously delicious! Grain, gluten, soy, and refined sugar free (sweetened with a touch of honey).
7 oz greek yogurt (duh)
1 cup frozen butternut squash (pre-baked)
1 cup frozen cauliflower (pre-steamed)
1 Tbsp raw cacao powder
2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen (great for gut, skin, hair, and joint health)
1. Blend all ingredients then stir in some extra cacao and sprinkle with raw cacao nibs.
*I usually crumble 1/2 Exo Bar then ate the other half inside, then eat the other half while my smoothie is prepping a cookie!
