CONSTIPATED?
Try these constipation brownies that will get you loosened up and regular again!
WHY DOES THIS WORK?
Pears are a natural laxative due to their higher fructose content and the presence of sorbitol which is a sugar alcohol that is not well-absorbed and draws water to the colon, making stools soft and easy to pass.

Ingredients:
3 small pears (about 1 1/2 cups pureed)
3 scoops of Bethany’s Pantry DSP (cacao flavor)
3/4 cup of red cacao powder (regular cacao powder will work but red cacao tastes 10x richer!)
Method:
Wash, slice, and puree pears in a blender. Next add Bethany’s Pantry DSP and cacao powder to the blender and puree everything until a thick batter forms. Transfer batter into an oiled glass dish and bake in the oven at 350 F for about 40 minutes. Allow to cool before frosting.
For the frosting:
Mix 1 cup of greek yogurt with 2 Tbsp of organic Sunbutter and 1 scoop of Bethany’s Pantry vanilla DSP. Spread onto cooled brownie.
