Crust-less Pumpkin Pie!







Crust-less Pumpkin Pie:

Ingredients:
1 can of pumpkin puree
6 oz of greek yogurt
3 eggs
1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice

Method:
Place a greased skillet pan in your oven and pre-heat to 350 F. Add everything to a blender and puree. Using an oven mitt, remove hot pan from oven and pour mixture in the pan. Place back in oven and bake for 1 hour. *I baked this for about 1 hour and 20 minutes and it got a bit more brown than I would have liked, so keeping it to about one hour should be perfect depending on the oven.
