Crust-less Pumpkin Pie!

Here’s the recipe for that CRUST-LESS PUMPKIN PIE I showed in my Instagram stories using Ninja Kitchen NeverStick® Anti-Scratch Nesting Cookware. This set is free from PFOA, cadmium, and lead and nests into each other, taking up less space in your cabinets! No need to cook with oil or butter, and you can even bake in them which is what I did here!

Crust-less Pumpkin Pie:

Ingredients:
1 can of pumpkin puree
6 oz of greek yogurt
3 eggs1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice

Method:
Place a Ninja Kitchen Nevertick pan in your oven and pre-heat to 350 F. Add everything to a blender and puree. Using an oven mitt, remove hot pan from oven and pour mixture in the non-greased pan. Place back in oven and bake for 1 hour. *I baked this for about 1 hour and 20 minutes and it got a bit more brown than I would have liked, however it still didn’t stick to the pan!
