Can you spot the chickpeas? They’re staring you right in the face! Usually when I make pasta it’s either from veggies or I use Explore Cuisine (20% off: lilsipper), and this time I used their Organic Chickpea Spaghetti tossed in Flora Health Udo’s Oil (3, 6, and 9 omegas) and accompanied with all the colorful cauliflower and carrots. I had some of my veggi-avo dip leftover so I smeared it on the plate to look fancy (but you know I added more after the pic).
