Easy Hasselback “Apple Pie”

HASSELBACK APPLES
The only hassel I want this season. LOL

Simple
Easy
Healthy
…and freaking delicious! This is sure a crowd pleasure! Apples are one of my favorite fruits and the varieties are endless so depending on the apples you use, each outcome will have it’s own special taste!


Here’s what you do:
Halve apples, place face down, and thinly slice brushing with ghee (or coconut oil) and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

For the topping:
Mix 1/2 cup oats (or almond flour for grain free), 3 Tbsp Evo Hemp hemp seeds (15% off: lilsipper), 2 Tbsp blackstrap molasses, 3 Tbsp coconut sugar. Remove apples from oven and fill inside slits and bake for 10 more minutes. I topped mine with some vegan paleo ice cream. BAM!
