A lot of people think I make EVERYTHING from scratch, but that’s simply not true. Yes, I use canned goods, pre-mixed salads, and packaged pasta, but I make sure they’re from a good reliable source. I do my research. I wish I had the time to make fresh lentil pasta…but I haven’t accomplished forming lentils into noodles, and I’m ok with that. Below is a simple, yet flippn’ bomb list of ingredients I always have on hand….and what’s that stuff sprinkled on top of my pasta bowl?

Dusted with almond flour/meal for that (dairy free) Parmesan effect (and honestly it was pretty dang good on it!)
