This dip never gets old….and tastes even better with GRASS-FED ground beef (I get it in bulk and store tons in my freezer), a few naked beet + carrot chips, and julienne cut spinach (iceberg lettuce causes bloating)

VEGAN AND BEEF ALTERNATIVES
replace above beef with either quinoa, rice and beans, shredded rotisserie chicken, or ground turkey
For the dip:
1 cup frozen brussels
3/4 cup frozen peas
2 Tbsp of Further Food collagen (code: lilsipper)
1 large avocado
Trader Joes onion salt to taste
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1 large handful of spinach
️Soak frozen brussels and peas in hot water for 5 min, drain the water
then blend with remaining ingredients.
For the chips:
️Slice corn tortillas (make sure they don’t have any gums or additives!) and air fry for 5 min. or until crisp – no oil or seasoning needed. Done!
