Edible Cookie Dough Log (sugar free, keto, low carb)

Remember those Pillsbury cookie dough logs we used to get as a child? You know, the kind that cake in a vacuumed sealed log, and all you had to do was slice and bake? (or for many of us, just eat! LOL)

Well say hello to your new favorite HEALTHY version!

My version is:
• Sugar Free
• Grain Free
• Gluten Free
• Egg Free
• Keto Friendly
• SIBO and Candida Diet Friendly
• Loaded with Protein and Probiotics
…and actually GOOD for you!

The protein and probiotics come from two sources:

1) The greek yogurt which has tons of protein, calcium, and living probiotics.

2) My Digestive Support Vanilla Protein by Nuzest, which also contains plant based protein and the special probiotic called “Bacillus Coagulans” which has been scientifically shown to help combat yeast overgrowth due to it’s strong potency of living good bacteria….so strong, Bacillus Coagulans doesn’t even need to be refrigerated as most others do! So they keep shelf stable.

Combine the above two ingredients with healthy fats from the cashew butter and unsweetened chocolate and you’re golden!

Ingredients:
1 cup of full fat greek yogurt (I used Fage)
1/4 cup cashew butter (one time use code: lilsipper)
4 scoops of my x Nuzest Digestive Support Vanilla Protein Powder
Santa Barbara Chocolate unsweetened chips (code: lilsipper) to taste

Method:
Mix first 3 ingredients until a thick dough forms. Add desired amount of chocolate chips. Form into a log, wrap log in wax paper, twist the sides (like a giant tootsie roll) and roll log on counter to create a more even shaped log. Refrigerate a few hours for best texture and taste, OR simply enjoy right away!
