Flour-Less Banana Snack Cake!



FLOUR-LESS BANANA SNACK CAKE!

The solution for when you want a snack but trying to get in more protein and less-refined sugar.

All you need are 6 simple ingredients! Better for your gut, better for your mood.
– NO nuts
– NO flour
– NO dairy
– NO grains
– NO gluten
– NO refined sugar
– High in protein

Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 bananas
1 cup of organic Sunbutter
4 Tbsp of Bethany’s Pantry protein bake powder
Chocolate chips / chunks to taste
Flakey sea salt

Method:
Add first 4 ingredients to a blend in that order and blend until smooth. Pour batter in a lined cake or bread pan. Add chocolate and swirl around, then top with additional chocolate and sea salt if desired. Bake in a 350 F preheated oven for 30-40 minutes.
