Flour-less Brownies!

Say hello to your next favorite, go-to brownie you’ll be making for every gathering, holiday, and those girl’s nights in (which is basically EVERY night these days! LOL)

So whether you’re on a vegan, paleo, keto, candida diet or just want to make some freaking delicious (healthy) brownies – I got you!

So healthy, you can eat them every day for the rest of your life!

Add nuts for a crunch, a dash of instant coffee (code: lilsipper10), or enjoy the classic version.



 

*Vegan and *Keto substitutions see notes below.

WET:
2 eggs
1 cup of applesauce

DRY:
3/4 cup of cacao powder
1 tsp baking soda
6 Tbsp of Bethany’s Pantry Protein Bake

TOPPINGS:
Melted chocolate
Drippy almond butter

Vegan substitutions:
*sub eggs with 2 flax eggs

Keto substitutions:
*sub applesauce with Greek yogurt or pumpkin puree
*use unsweetened chocolate

Method:
Mix wet and dry ingredients separately, then together. Place in a greased bread loaf pan and bake at 350 F for about 20 – 25 minutes. Drizzle with toppings and enjoy!
