Flourless Vegan Banana Bread

3-ingredient VEGAN BANANA BREAD!

Did I also mention this is grain, gluten, and nut free? No protein powder, no oats, and it comes together in 30 minutes (including prep!) Just throw all 3 ingredients in a blender, pour in a pan, bake for 25 minutes. Done! If it ain’t easy, I probably won’t do it….this is how I roll.

To make this 100% nut free, I used organic Sunbutter

(free from the top 8 allergens).


Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
1 cup chickpea flour
1/3 cup organic Sunbutter
Chocolate chips to taste

Method:
Blend first 3 ingredients then mix in chocolate chips. Bake in a bread pan at 350 F for about 25 minutes. Allow to cool before slicing.
