Fluff Wrap

There’s 55g of protein and almost 0 carbs in this EXTREMELY high protein wrap you’ll be making on the regular! It can easily be carnivore if you remove the avocado and spices and replace the greek yogurt with cream cheese. And you can fill it with whatever you want! Don’t let seafood stop you! – The possibilities are endless!
Recipe
Fluff Wrap Ingredients:
– 5 (fresh) egg whites (20g protein)
*Filling Ingredients can be whatever you want!
What I used specifically in this recipe:
– 1 can of wild caught pink salmon (30g protein)
– 1/4 cup of greek yogurt (5g protein)
– seasonings to taste
– smashed avocado
To make the fluff wrap:
1. Preheat your oven to 350 F.
2. Whip egg whites with an electric / stand mixer until VERY stiff peaks form.
3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place your whipped egg whites onto the paper. Form into a long rectangle, smoothing out all sides as best you can.
4. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minute, just until the top of the wrap turn a light golden brown (do not overcook or else the fluff wrap will deflate and become flatt – unless you want it to do that)
Fill with your favorite fillings.
