Frothy Bullet Proof Matcha Latte

If you want an alternative to coffee, this is one of the next best things! Switch it up! Why? Why do you switch up your workout routine? Because your body get’s used to doing the same thing every day if you don’t. Same thing. Consuming the same thing every day doesn’t give your body all it needs to grow, repair, and change for the better. Plus, matcha contains high amounts of antioxidants (waaaay more than typical green tea) and you still get the health benefits of bullet proof coffee (aka: butter coffee)!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:
2 cups milk of choice (try my 30 second sunbutter milk!)
1 tsp pure matcha powder
1/2 Tbsp grass fed ghee
1 scoop Vital Proteins grass fed gelatin (read this post as to why it helps heal the gut!)

Directions:
1. Heat milk in a sauce pan, then pour it into a blender (I used my Vitamix).

2. Blend with remaining ingredients, gradually increasing speed to full blast. Blend for 15 seconds.
