What’s better than Twix candy? A giant Twix cake!

Cake Ingredients:
1 tsp baking soda
1 Tbsp ACV
4 eggs
3/4 cup of raw cashew butter
1 scoop of my Digestive Support Vanilla Protein
Caramel Ingredients:
1 cup of date paste
2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
3 Tbsp Organic Sunbutter (or your favorite nut or seed butter)
3 Tbsp of nut milk

Method:
Mix cake ingredients and bake in a lined baking pan at 350 F for about 30 minutes. Set aside to cool. Puree caramel ingredients. Set aside. Once cake is cooked, slice the top and sides to ensure all sides are even. Add caramel to the top of the cake and refrigerate while you melt the chocolate. Coat entire cake with chocolate including the bottom. Slice and enjoy! (Store in the refrigerator)
