If you saw these on my Instagram stories today, you’ll know the texture was spot on! Flakey on the outside and gooey on the inside! This recipe if foolproof and can be made in minutes…and I bet you already have the ingredients in your pantry!
MAKE THESE!
• Vegan
• Nut Free (thanks to Sunbutter)
• Egg Free
• Grain Free
• Gluten Free
• Dairy Free

Ingredients:
1 can of chickpeas
1/4 cup of Organic Sunbutter (it tastes like PB but keep this recipe nut-free)
Splash of sparkling water
*option to add 3 Tbsp of honey or maple syrup
Desired amount of chocolate chips (obviously) *I used Santa Barbara Chocolate unsweetened chips (CODE: lilsipper)
Method:
Blend chickpeas, Sunbutter, sparkling water, and sweetener (if using), then mix in chocolate chips with a spoon. Transfer batter into small oven safe dishes (or you can make them “regular size” cookies). Bake at 350 F for about 20 minutes. *Depending on how small / large your cookies are, will determine the baking time.
