I am soooo excited to finally share my book, Digest This, with you! But even more excited for you to get your gut back!

I created this book to help you easily follow along, step by step, with guidelines in the process of resetting your digestion and ultimately making you FEEL 100x better! Remember, if you’re not properly digesting, you’re not properly absorbing and getting the nutrients you’re consuming (no matter how healthy you eat).

During this starting period, it’s important you read PART 1 of the context in your own time, however we will be starting on page 48:
21 DAYS TO A HEALTHY GUT: THE GUT RESET PLAN
This includes the:
• Gut irritant, gut neutral, and gut healing food list
• 8 Principals (the building blocks of the plan – DO NOT SKIP!)

On page 66, you’ll find the GUT RESET FOODS followed by a select essential items I love and always have on hand.

Your food journal

Follow the instructions on page 73 as you jot down pre-gut reset meals and feelings, then move on to documenting your meals and mood during the reset. *Feel free to make copies of pages 76-78 for future weeks if you prefer.

Page 79 starts a full week of the 21 day plan. Note, it may seem repetitive however, it’s only 3 weeks to feel great for the rest of your life!

After the above days, you’re now ready to venture out! But first, let’s reel it back in and focus on Week 1 on the Digest This Plan.
