Healthy Spinach Dip

ALOT of ingredients, but just ONE flippn’ step. Whoever said
Spinach Dip is unhealthy apparently has never tried this!

Ingredients:
2 cup Nancy’s plain greek yogurt
2-3 Tbsp Veganaise or preferred mayo
1 1/2 cups Organic Girl’s baby spinach (finely chopped)
1/4 cup minced carrots
1/4 cup minced red bell pepper
2-3 raw garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp cumin powder
Sea salt to taste
*you can also use your favorite spice blend to taste instead of the
above spices.

Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate a few hours
before serving.
