Pre-cooked ground turkey, beef, or vegan alt.
Farmer Cheese (similar to ricotta but much healthier & contains probiotics and cultures just like yogurt!)
Mozzarella or vegan alt.
1. Heat sauce in a small pan until warm.
️2. Spread a little coconut oil on one side of each bread slice. On side w/no oil, spread farmer cheese and layer mozzarella. Place coconut oil side down on heated pan.
️3. Pour meat sauce on bread, top with a little more of both cheeses, & top with other bread slice (coconut oil side facing outward.
️4. Flip and grill other side. Enjoy!
