Well, the wait is over to heal and seal your gut and start LIVING your life without pain!
I won’t repeat what I’ve already written on page 63 in Digest This, but this newsletter is moreso a tool, a guide, a “cheer-you-on” support in know I am here for you, and so are thousands doing this re-set with you! (you are NOT alone!)
Just remember this: these 3 weeks are INTENSE.
But what’s 3 weeks compared to a lifetime of pain free living? Piece of cake!
Each person is different, their pain, their severity of symptoms, etc. – so it may take more than 3 weeks for some to notice a difference, and it may take others 2 weeks! But 3 weeks is my “sweet spot” and you should notice a difference regardless of your journey.
1. Take photos of your Digestive Boost (page 101)
2. Take photos of your pureed meat
3. Take a photo of one smoothie you make
4. Post them on Instagram using the hashtag #DigestThisPlan so that 1) I can easily look up your progress and 2) you can find others doing the re-set and reach out to them yourself! This way, you can connect with other doing it, trade advice, feelings, and heck…makes some friends that are dealing with the same issues you are!
The end of the week, I will be going through your pics and posts (share as many as you want but remember to include #DigestThisPlan so I can see it – your account must be public – if it’s not, you can also send me a DM) and I would love for you to include any personal feelings you have thus far (good or bad) and how you feel.
I will be creating more blog posts and sharing a few pics I see on Instagram here with you all!
One last thing, don’t forget to make extra copies of your food journal (pages 76 – 78) to document your progress and look back on after the fact, AS WELL AS journal on pages 74 & 75 (this is a one time documentation). We often forget how we felt once we feel better, so this is important!
