These 4-Ingredient Chocolate Muffins were the result of staying up a little too late pass my bedtime – but boy were they worth it! My mind is always thinking of new and creative ideas to make the classic _____ into a healthy version. These bad boys are suitable for all kinds of diets too! • Nut Free
• Seed Free
• Gluten Free
• Dairy Free
• Flourless
• Paleo
• Keto Friendly
• Candida Diet Friendly
• Diabetic Friendly

Makes 4 muffins

Ingredients:
3 whole eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 scoops of my Probiotic Cacao Protein Powder

Optional:
Unsweetened chocolate chips to taste (15% off: lilsipper)

Instructions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
2. Whisk first 4 ingredients with an electric or stand mixer, then stir in desired amount of chocolate chips (if using).
3. Transfer batter into 4 muffin tins and bake for 12 minutes.
