This skillet brownie is LOW CARB + SUGAR FREE + NUT FREE + GRAIN FREE + KETO + PALEO + CANDIDA DIET friendly! Eeeek! What more could you ask for? If you want it extra sweet, there are plenty of ways you can alter this recipe to your preferred taste buds!

Ingredients:
1 scoop of my Digestive Support Cacao Protein Powder
3 Tbsp of pure cacao powder (code: lilsipper)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 egg
1 Tsp of olive oil (I used this brand – 25% OFF code: lilsipper25)
2 Tbsp of water
Unsweetened chocolate chips to taste
*Sweeter Substitutions (not low carb, keto, or candida diet friendly)
Add 3 Tbsp of coconut sugar
Use sweetened chocolate chips
Method:
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, then add wet (except chocolate chips) and mix well. Transfer batter into a small skillet or ramekin, top with desired amount of chocolate chips and bake at 350 F for about 12 minutes. Option to top with greek yogurt or coconut cream and extra melted chocolate.
