Low Carb “Potato” Gratin

Say hello to your new BFF! For anyone following a low carb diet (or even if you’re not!) this “potato” gratin is the easiest recipe you will try! With just 3 main ingredients and hardly any prep time, it will be a crowd pleaser for all! Tag me in your Instagram stories so I can see!

You can even prep ahead of time then pop it in the oven when you get home. Done!

If you saw the video in my Instagram stories when I made this then you know what I’m talking about!

Ingredients:
2 cups greek yogurt
Trader Joe’s Onion Salt to taste
5 medium turnips, washed and sliced into rounds
Goat milk cheese slices to top

*Option to add fresh thyme leaves to garnish

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Mix greek yogurt with desired amount of onion salt to taste in a bowl.
3. Layer bottom of dish with turnip rounds, then smear some of the greek yogurt mixture on top. Repeat layering, altering turnips and greek yogurt. After the last layer of turnips, top with goat milk cheese and bake for about 45 minutes or until turnips are tender.
