Makes 12 cookies
Cookie Ingredients:
3 eggs whites
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup blanched almond flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 Tbsp of Further Food’s Collagen (discount code: LILSIPPER)
*Option to add 3 Tbsp of coconut sugar (or leave out to keep it 100% sugar free)
Instructions:
Mix all cookie ingredients in a bowl then bake at 350 F for about 8-9 minutes. Allow to cool then fill with either of the options below.
