Let’s get CHEESY with this 4-Ingredient “NO-TATO” gratin. Pretty sure this keto compliant grainless gratin will be on rotation. Why? Because it’s pretty dang easy and during the holidays (or any time of the year), I’m all about E-A-S-Y.
2 cups greek yogurt
Trader Joe’s Onion Salt to taste
5 medium turnips, washed and sliced into rounds
Goat milk cheese slices to top (easier to digest and contains less lactose than cows milk cheese)
Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix greek yogurt with desired amount of onion salt to taste in a bowl. Layer bottom of dish with turnip rounds, then smear some of the greek yogurt mixture on top. Repeat layering, altering turnips and greek yogurt. After the last layer of turnips, top with goat milk cheese and bake for about 45 minutes or until turnips are tender.
