Low Carb Skillet Brownie



 

Brownie skillet or cookie skillet?
Today, we vote brownie! And when it’s low in carbs and sugar, you now it’s going to be a win win!

– gluten free
– grain free
– dairy free
– low in sugar
– low carb
– paleo
– keto friendly
– diabetic friendly

Ingredients:
1 cup runny almond butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup cacao powder
1 scoop of Bethany’s Pantry Cacao DSP (this is a must and is what is a flour replacement)
1 tsp organic instant coffee (10% off: lilsipper10)
1 tsp aluminum free baking soda
1/2 cup non-dairy milk

Method:
Mix above ingredients and bake for 30 minutes at 350 F. Options to top with yr favorite ice cream, nicecream, or a drizzle of honey (it’s not sweet so you can customize how sweet you want it by the amount of honey you put on each slice!)
