Low Carb Tofu Brownies

Tofu Brownies!?!?!

I’m here to show you “How To Make Tofu Not Suck”!

I determines to make recipes using tofu for a non-dairy, protein option for those that can’t have dairy or perhaps just want to try something different and still keep things low carb.
YOU’LL BE SURPRISED!
These are fudgy yet still hold their shape and made with minimal ingredients (if you know me well then you know I ain’t getting out a laundry list of ingredients!)
– Low carb
– High protein
– Dairy free
– Egg free
– Flour-less

Recipe

Ingredients:
– 1/2 package of ORGANIC silken tofu
– 1/2 cup *red cocoa powder (code: LILSIPPER)
– 1/2 cup **granulated sweetener of choice
– 1/4 cup of Georgia Grinders Pecan Butter (code: lilsipper20)
– 2/3 cup of non-dairy milk
– Pinch a sea salt to taste
– 1 scoop of Bethany’s Pantry Cocoa DSP
– Chocolate chips to top (optional)

*This is a much richer cocoa powder than the average cocoa powder and has a much more flavorful taste, therefore, I never need to add sweetener to my recipes when I use this!

**I actually didn’t add any sweetener because of the note above.

Instructions:
Add everything to a blender (except chocolate chips) and blend until smooth. Pour batter into a small greased dish, top with chocolate chips (if using), and bake at 375 for about 25 minutes and allow to cool completely before slicing.
