Mango Avocado Salsa Salad (the GOAT!)

Mango Avocado Salsa Salad is one to put on rotation this summer! We have been enjoying this for over 2 years now and it’s a staple in our home! Add some shrimp for a full meal or serve as a sassy side! It’s great for BBQs and even tastes great the next day! – Just don’t skimp on the lemon, salt, & cilantro Haha! I feel even though they are “complementary” ingredients they are necessary!

 

Serving Ideas:
Add shrimp or your favorite seafood for extra protein
Serve with chips of choice (pita chips are suggested as they are more sturdy)
Serve on top of a tostada
Add to tacos
Serve as a side to burgers

 

Ingredients:
– 2-3 large avocados, diced
– 1/2 bunch of cilantro, washed and finely chopped
– 1 mango, diced
– Juice from 1/2 lemon
– Sea salt to taste

Method:
Add everything to aa large bowl and mix well. Serve immediately or chill for a few hours before serving.
