Matcha Latte with Homemade Coconut Milk

I’ve been switching it up from my morning coffee to that carob drink as well as matcha lattes. Why? I’m currently working on a post and will explain later…but for now, get on this cuz the health benefits and taste is amazing! Not to mention you STILL get a little caffeine boost without the jitters and laxative effect coffee creates.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:
16 oz. hot water
2 tsp pure matcha powder
2 tsp ghee
Splash of my homemade coconut milk
1 scoop Vital Proteins grass-fed gelatin

Directions:
1. Blend it up.
2. Drink it up.
3. Have a flippin’ bomb day.
