For the cookie dough:
1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup of Sunbutter
1/3 cup raw honey / maple syrup
1/2 cup oats
1 tsp sea salt
Blend above ingredient and mix an additional 1/4 cup of oats and the colorful chips (below)
For the chips:

Pour each mixture above into chip molds (click HERE for the molds I used) and freeze for 5 minutes.
