Brownie Cup Ingredients:
3 whole eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup Santa Barbara Chocolate unsweetened cocoa powder (code: lilsipper)
2 scoops of my Probiotic Cacao Protein Powder
Mousse Ingredients:
1 cup greek yogurt (or coconut cream from a can)
2 Tbsp of cacao powder

Instructions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
2. Whisk brownie cup ingredients with an electric or stand mixer.
3. Transfer batter into a *piping bag and pipe into your shot glass molds (click HERE to get them), making sure to cover the inside silicone lip. Place in oven and bake for about 15 minutes. Remove from oven, allow to cool, then cut of the tops (this is your “bottom” of the brownie cup when you flip it over.)4. Place brownie cups in the freezer or refrigerator until it’s completely cooled (this is important to make sure it’s 100% cooled before removing from molds).5 Remove from mold (you may need to use a butter knife around the side to loosen it up) and fill with your mousse.6. For the mousse, mix cacao powder with greek yogurt and place in a *piping bag and fill your brownie cups.
*I used this set of piping bags I got from Amazon, but you can easily use a large Ziplock bag by snipping the end of one corner.
